Initial Consultation

Upon reaching out to us, your journey begins with a scheduled get-to-know-you conversation via phone or video chat. This initial interaction allows us to gather essential details about your wedding while offering you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Since your wedding planner will be your guiding force throughout the big day, it’s crucial to find someone with whom you resonate. If we're not the perfect fit for you, that's perfectly okay!

Booking

Following the consultation, we reserve your event date for a seven-day period. This window allows you ample time to review our contract and submit the deposit. After seven days, your date becomes available to other couples. Your date is officially secured only upon the signing of the contract and receipt of the deposit. We offer flexible payment options, including secure online payment, phone transactions, or mailing a check, based on your preference.

Planning the Wedding

Once your date is confirmed, we establish a shared drive for seamless collaboration. Throughout the planning process, you'll upload copies of vendor contracts and essential documents to this platform. We prioritize obtaining copies of venue rules and regulations to ensure comprehensive coordination. As your wedding approaches, our team will meticulously review vendor contracts for any discrepancies or missing details to ensure a smooth execution. We are not attorneys, but will do our best to ensure that the contract has all the language needed to protect your interests and outline the essential aspects of your wedding arrangements.

Communication

Following the initial contact, we maintain periodic check-ins while providing you space to focus on wedding planning. Should you require assistance with design or have quick questions, feel free to reach out via email anytime. Expect a response within 24 hours on weekdays, with weekends being our busiest time. However, rest assured, our attention on your wedding day is unwavering, albeit weekend response times may be slightly delayed. You'll have access to our personal cell phone number for urgent matters, but we request that important information be communicated via email for better tracking. On the wedding day, feel free to text at any time, ensuring prompt assistance.

Month of the Wedding

Approximately 2-3 weeks before your big day, we'll convene for a planning session at a convenient location, such as a local coffee shop. During this session, we'll meticulously plan every aspect of your wedding, crafting a detailed timeline and event layout. The session typically lasts about 2 hours, during which any final recommendations and details are addressed.

Rehearsal

Please provide us with your rehearsal date and time as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days in advance for scheduling purposes. We conduct a 1-hour rehearsal, focusing on achieving smooth coordination, especially if children are involved.

Wedding Day

On the much-awaited day, your wedding coordinator will be among the first to arrive and the last to depart. We oversee vendor setup, coordinate the bridal party lineup, and ensure the seamless progression of events throughout the day, from ceremony to reception. Our team will also supervise the cleanup.

After the Wedding

As you embark on your honeymoon, we encourage you to share your feedback with us upon your return. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we value your reviews and referrals.
